|
Centrally located in this historic seaport village, The James House is the perfect place to enjoy all that Port Townsend has to offer. Perched on the bluff overlooking the mountains & water of Puget Sound, The James House is just a short stroll from village shops, restaurants, galleries & waterfront activities. The James House has beautifully maintained parlors and 12 guest rooms rich in history and charm, yet maintained with the modern amenities which discerning travelers have come to expect in a first class inn. Carol McGough, beginning her 20th year as owner of The James House, feels strongly that being a good steward of her business means being an active supporter of the community. She has served on several nonprofit boards in Port Townsend, including past President of Main Street. She is a founder and current board member of Jefferson County Community Foundation. |
